This Privacy Policy describes how Solviq Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Solviq", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information you provide when using solviq.app and related services.

1. Information We Collect

Account data: name, email, phone, company, GSTIN, billing details.
Tenant data: all data you enter into Solviq (foundry operations, inventory, finance, HR) — we process this as a Data Processor under your instructions.
Usage data: pages viewed, features used, IP, browser, OS — for analytics and security.
Cookies: session, preference, analytics. See our Cookie Policy.

2. How We Use Information

Provide, operate and improve Solviq.
Send service emails (invoices, alerts, security notices).
Marketing communications (you can opt-out).
Comply with legal obligations (tax, audit, law enforcement requests).

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in India (AWS Mumbai ap-south-1) by default. We support multi-region (Singapore, Frankfurt). Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Backups daily, retained 30 days.

NIC (e-Invoice, e-Way Bill, GSTN)

5. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, correct, erase and port your data. Email dpo@solviq.app. We respond within 15 days.

6. Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted from production and backups within 30 days.

7. International Transfers

By default, no data leaves India. If you opt-in to multi-region, we transfer under Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Children's Privacy

Solviq is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We will notify by email at least 30 days before material changes.
