Terms of Service

By accessing solviq.app you agree to these Terms of Service. Solviq Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Solviq") provides cloud foundry ERP software on a subscription basis.

1. Account

  • You must be 18+ and authorized to bind your organisation.
  • You are responsible for password security and all activity under your login.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

2. Subscription & Payment

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • Auto-renews unless cancelled at least 7 days before renewal.
  • Prices are exclusive of GST. GST @ 18% added on invoices.
  • Late payment attracts 1.5% interest per month.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not: (a) reverse-engineer the software, (b) upload malicious code, (c) use the service to violate any law, (d) attempt unauthorised access to other tenants, (e) send unsolicited communications through our APIs.

4. Your Data

  • You retain all rights to your data.
  • You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service.
  • You can export your data at any time in standard formats.
  • On termination, we provide a 90-day grace period for export before deletion.

5. Service Level

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans (see SLA). Service credits apply on breach.

6. Intellectual Property

Solviq retains all rights to the software, designs and trademarks. You retain all rights to your data and uploaded content.

7. Warranties & Liability

The service is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties except those required by law. Our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may suspend immediately for: (a) non-payment, (b) breach of acceptable use, (c) legal requirement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
