14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Solviq within 14 days of your first paid subscription, contact support@solviq.app and we will refund 100% of your subscription fee. No questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Refund applies only to first-time paid subscriptions.
  • Annual plans can be cancelled within 14 days for a pro-rated refund of unused full months.
  • Add-on services (e.g. data migration, training) are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation After 14 Days

You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds after the 14-day window, except as required by law.

Disputed Charges

If you see a charge you don't recognise, contact us before contacting your bank. We will investigate and resolve within 5 business days.
